Referrals are generally made through the patient's General Practitioner directly to Dr Chris Freeman, Consultant Psychiatrist. Other professionals involved in an individuals care may also make a referral, with the consent or agreement of the GP. Each patient receives a full assessment prior to commencing treatment, and a personalised individual treatment plan will be collaboratively discussed.
